home at last

There's no place like home, love, warmth, smiles, dinner with kev, my couch.
Well I broke the first rule, I ate after 7p, but it was fat free popcorn with diet root beer.
However on the positive note, I had 1/2 filet of sea bass with veggies, side salad with vinagarette, NO potatoes, one ketal.
Bought 2 work-out magazines at the airport, I'll let you know if I get anything good out of it.
