i'm going to try to not eat anything after 7p.
i'm going to be excellant at behaving sun-thurs, then make good decisions on the wkd.
i find i eat at work when i'm bored, annoyed, busy, i'm going to replace that thinking with a glass of water.
working on tearing down my own barriers to progress.
get healthy.
