Kid in A Candy Store

Over the next two weeks, I will be making batches and batches of cookies, peanut brittle and chocolate truffles to give to all the dedicated people in our lives who work to make ours easier and better. From the trash collectors to the teachers, to delivery folks, everyone gets a sampling of my Christmas holiday goodies (some get dough, too). Yesterday, I discovered Candyland Crafts, a little store in Somerville, NJ, which is devoted to all things candy and cake making. It was such fun to meander through the aisles of sweet and happy things. I stocked up on candy wrappers, little boxes and bags and a gadget or two.
